I love this app. Hands down it has been a complete game-changer for me.
I dont have the time, patience, or extra cash for a gym, but was too novice to do any kind of exercise other than cardio. Not only has this app motivated me to work out EVERY DAY (yeah guys, its possible), but Ive learned so much about the basics of interval exercise and how to best push my body. The beginner level can be somewhat challenging at first, but stick with it. Ive been using the app for a couple months now and just decided it was time to take myself to the next level, and I love it.
All of that being said, there are a couple additions I would love to see. Simple things, like being able to target an area youd like to improve on (ie, legs, arms, etc.)
The app occasionally crashes, witch can be a bummer, and sometimes the exercises freeze up, but nothing a quick restart wont fix.
Another thing that would be so simple, and so very helpful if added, is a calorie counter. It seems like it would be such an easy calculation to make considering the app already takes into account your age, sex, and fitness level. Just a few more metrics and youd have a very helpful addition to the app.
As someone trying to tone up and slim down, Id love to see it in there.
All around great app guys. If you need a little something to get you going and keep you interested in exercise, look no further.
Probably the best $5 Ive ever spent.
