This is the best exercise app I have ever used! Its geared for newbys or experienced exercisers as you can pick the level you want to start at. You can pick how long you want to exercise from 7 to 20 minutes, and the exercises are fun to do. The timer and video quality are excellent. It tracks your progress so that you can see how youre doing. I highly recommend it for anyone serious about getting in shape.
